This role will be in the Finance Department and the reporting line under Senior Manager Financial Reporting.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for standalone and group reporting in accordance with the Companies Act, 2017 and applicable IFRS/IAS.
- Prepare and review variance analysis and reporting on key financial metrics to support management decision-making
- Coordinate with departments to gather, analyze, and validate financial data, ensuring completeness and accuracy of reported information.
- Manage the monthly and year-end close processes, including review of journal entries, accruals, adjustments, and reconciliations.
- Review general ledger account reconciliations and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting
- Prepare and review management reports, ensuring quality and timely submission to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures, corporate policies, and applicable accounting and reporting standards.
- Act as a focal point for the annual external audit, coordinating the preparation of audit deliverables and resolution of audit queries.
- Work with internal auditors to monitor the effectiveness of control systems and ensure timely closure of audit findings
- Oversee the accurate management of financial data in the Oracle Fusion ERP system and drive continuous improvements and efficiencies in the system
- Support the implementation of ERP finance modules, including requirements gathering, system configuration support, user acceptance testing, data migration, and post-implementation review.
- Ensure data integrity by monitoring transaction accuracy within the ERP system
- Oversee maintenance of the fixed asset register, ensuring all asset additions, disposals, and transfers are accurately recorded.
- Review monthly and annual depreciation calculations in compliance with accounting policies and standards
- Plan and supervise periodic asset verifications to ensure accuracy and existence of assets recorded in the register
- Ensure compliance with income tax, sales tax, withholding tax, and other applicable tax laws and liaison with tax consultants for timely exemptions where required.
Eligibility Criteria
Education & Experience
- CA (Finalist)/ACCA Qualified/MBA Finance or equivalent from a reputable institution.
- At least 5–6 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/IAS and financial statement preparation and consolidation
- Hands-on experience with a reputable ERP system (Oracle Fusion preferred). Exposure to ERP finance module implementation will be a plus.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of the complete accounting and reporting cycle
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word
- Good oral and written English
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet targets within tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- A result-oriented individual with sound judgment, flexibility, and adaptability.
