Job Description

Position Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented STTA for a temporary 3-month contract. In this role, you will help coordinate our upcoming external audit and keep our day-to-day accounting functions running smoothly.

  • Audit Coordination: Manage daily requests from external auditors, gather required documentation, and follow up across departments to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Financial Reconciliations: Prepare and review key accounting schedules, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting audit files.
  • Routine Accounting Support: Assist with core day-to-day reporting and accounting duties to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Cross-Departmental Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between the finance team, auditors, and internal departments to prevent bottlenecks.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–1 years of experience in audit support, financial reporting, accounting, or digital/tech-finance operations.
  • Familiarity with financial reconciliations, accounting schedules, or audit preparation workflows is highly desirable.
