Bill and Melinda launched their annual letter to audiences around the world, this week. The letter focuses on nine surprises that inspire and motivate the co-chairs in their philanthropy. Included in the letter this year, is a section on how women are using mobile phones to change social norms and challenge power structures that exclude women and perpetuate inequality.
