Terms of Reference (ToRs)
- Support the Research & Insights (R&I) team in developing small knowledge products (blogs, articles, policy and research briefs, information notes, etc.)
- Support the R&I team in the formulation, management and delivery of Research Projects focusing on emerging issues in the Digital Financial Services, MSME, Climate Finance and Gender-Lens-Investing continuum in Pakistan.
- Support the R&I team in day-to-day administrative activities pertaining to the research stream (maintaining and updating budget sheets, progress reporting, work planning, etc.)
- Contribute to the development of web and social media content, and actively participate in marketing and dissemination activities for KRN’s research and knowledge products.
Selection Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business management, and other relevant fields.
- A minimum work experience of 06 months in a related assignment
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Advanced Excel
- Ability to analyze data in STATA or SPSS
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within set deadlines
