Naeha Rashid currently works with CGAP as a research consultant on the organization's Inclusive Market learning agendas. She is very interested in conducting and using financial behavior "insight" research to influence market change. Before this Naeha worked with Karandaaz Pakistan for a period of, 2 years, 2014 - 2016. Originally she was a core member of the company start-up team and served in various capacities. Later, she oversaw the company’s research work and both launched and managed the Karandaaz Pakistan Blog. Naeha's academic training is in economics, and she has a BA Honors in International Development from McGill University.
